TERMS AND CONDITIONS [DIGITAL GOODS] ──

These terms applicable for any digital item purchased. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in warning or ban from future purchases.

Within these terms, "The Purchaser", refers to the client (or purchaser) of the digital file(s). "Lineart Template(s)", "Template"(s), and "File(s)" refer to the digital item that has been purchased.

DELIVERY OF FILES AND REFUND POLICY
Lineart Templates are delivered to the email inputted at checkout by the purchaser. Please allow up to 15 minutes for file delivery. Delivery emails may be erroneously redirected to spam / junk folders by mistake.

If the purchased files have not arrived to the purchaser's email inbox within that time, or if the delivery email was misspelled, please reach out to [email protected] to have them resent.

Digital items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

ADOPTABLES AND CUSTOM DESIGNS
Lineart Templates may use the template to make Adoptables* to trade, gift, or sell for monetary value.

The purchaser may use the template for Custom Design Commissions**.

* Adoptables are herein defined as an original character design created by the artist, with intent to sell for monetary value.

** Custom design commissions are herein defined as an artist creating an entirely new character design, based on a client's prompts or ideas, or the artist's artistic liberty.

CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEETS
Lineart Templates may used to create personal character sheets and reference images for the purchaser's own characters.


EDITING LINEART
The original linework of the Template may be altered and adjusted for creative customization such as wings, hair, accessories, etc.


REDISTRIBUTION
By purchasing the Template, the purchaser agrees not to redistribute or share the original blank base Lineart Template, its file, or file layers.

COMMISSIONS AND YCHS
Lineart Templates cannot be utilized for Commission Work*, (wherein an artist is compensated by a client in monetary value, to create an original artwork for that client). This includes items such as YCHs ("Your Character Here").

* Custom Design Commissions are permitted as Paid Commission Work, provided the character design being created is an original character design created by the artist themself, with or without prompts from the client.


CONTENT
Lineart Templates, their files, or their derivatives works, are not permitted to be used to promote hateful, illegal, or abusive activities or content.

Lineart Templates are not to be used for fraudulent or deceptive activity.


ATTRIBUTION
Lineart Templates include a credit signature from the artist (GODBIRDART). This signature may be removed or moved within the canvas space of the artwork at the discretion of the purchaser. Credit for the original template should be attributed to @GODBIRDART if the signature has been removed.
