GENERAL ──
Have any items come into contact with allergens or irritants, such as animals or tobacco smoke?
Items are stored and packaged in an animal-free, smoke-free area.
What is CAD / What currency are items listed in?
Item pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars.
DIGITAL GOODS ──
What file format are digital items in?
Digital files are issued in PSD [Photoshop Document] format.
What is included with the purchase of a digital item?
Each item will issue a single PSD file. If an item includes additional files, it will specify in the product listing.
How large are the digital files?
Please refer to the individual product listing for full specifications.
How can I download my digital item?
Digital items are delivered through an automatic email which contains a link to download them through. Each link allows up to three downloads of the corresponding file.
What software are these files compatible with?
Any software that can open and edit PSD [Photoshop Document] files.
**NOTE: Some software, such as Procreate, can only handle a limited number or layers or file sizes, and thus these files may not be compatible with that software. Please check your chosen software's capabilities before purchasing.
SHIPPING [PHYSICAL GOODS] ──
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are shipped typically within 2 business days. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or service availability.
What service is my order being shipped through?
Orders are typically shipped from Canada with Canada Post. In the event of service disruptions, or if expedited shipping is requested, orders may be shipped through another service such as Fedex or UPS.
** As of November 2025, any orders being delivered to the United States are shipped with Fedex or UPS. Please reach out to me at [email protected] if you require shipping alternatives.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Estimates vary depending on your geographic location.
Canada: < 4 business days
United States: 4 - 7 business days
International: 6 - 10 business days
* These estimates are pulled from Canada Post's website and are subject to change. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other service interruptions. These estimates may also vary if your order was sent with a different courier.
Will I be charged for Duties and Taxes if I live outside of Canada? Can you prevent couriers from charging me extra for the delivery?
Any duty or import fees are handled entirely by the courier, in cooperation with your local government and what taxes have been established for the items you have purchased. The courier will notify you of any fees that need to be paid and how to pay them. I have no authority over these fees and cannot waive them.
Will my package have tracking?
All orders include tracking by default. This tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

How is my order delivered? When will it arrive?
Digital items are delivered through automatic email and should arrive within 15 minutes after payment has been processed. Please be sure to spell check your email to ensure it is being delivered to the correct address. If you suspect your files were delivered to an incorrect address, please contact me at [email protected] with your name and order number.
PREORDERS ──
When will my preorder be shipped?
Please refer to the individual product listing for the estimated ship date.
If I order in-stock items with a preorder item, when will those in-stock items ship?
In-stock items are typically shipped with the preorder item after it arrives in stock. Please contact me if you would like to separate your preorder and in-stock items into separate deliveries. Splitting a shipment may may incur an additional cost.
RETURNS [PHYSICAL GOODS] ──
My item arrived damaged / I need to return an item.
Please contact me to arrange either a refund or replacement. Please note: limited edition and last-stock items may be inelgible for replacement.
How long do I have to request a return / replacement?
Returns / replacements can be requested within 30 days after the order ship date.

Can I return a digital good?
Digital goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.
